“As humans, the relationships we form with other people are vital to our mental and emotional well-being and even our survival.

Humans have an inherent desire to be close to other people and technologies have linked us in ways that were unimaginable 10-20 years ago.”

“For the past few years, I've worked in a tech space similar to Zeta, where despite the isolation of the industry, moments of connection and joy, referred to as "glimmers," have been significant.

In this project, I aim to visualize these moments of shared excitement and humanity, from quirky office moments to personal milestones outside work.

I created tarot-esque cards to highlight the unique qualities of individuals, particularly focusing on women in tech, a group significantly underrepresented in leadership roles.

Through this project, I hope to honor the women who've mentored me, while encouraging others to embrace and share their full, multifaceted lives both in and outside of work.”

"What’s Next" explores four possible futures:

"Continued Growth," focusing on progress in government, economy, and education.

"Collapse," marked by crises like disasters or war.

"Discipline," emphasizing personal growth, values, and community.

"Transformation," driven by technological advancements.

The piece suggests that all these futures are likely to unfold; while encouraging introspection on personal anxieties about the future and how our perspectives shape what we anticipate.
