• Design & Marketing Intern: Designing purposeful visuals, crafting brand stories, and bringing bold ideas to life across digital platforms and in-person story-art installations. Perfect for someone who’s creative, curious, and eager to explore how human-centered design and marketing can drive meaningful connection.

• Strategy & Operations Intern: Building scalable processes, supporting clients, and driving business development. An immersive role for someone who’s entrepreneurial, analytical, and eager to learn what it takes to build a values-driven early-stage startup.

• Growth Intern: Innovates initiatives to strengthen Humanize’s internal structure, and identifies opportunities for product and service expansion. Perfect for someone who pays attention to detail, has a sharp eye for identifying gaps and creating solutions, and embraces an unconventional mindset.

Internship Details

• Eligibility: Open to all students (undergrad or grad) with a passion for media, creativity, the human experience, and being a part of something greater than themselves.

• Location: Primarily remote, with opportunities for in-person engagement during the academic year (Bloomington)

• Duration: 5-15 hours per week during the Fall, Spring, and/or Summer
