“Humanize Voices”
The "Humanize Voices" Program (Manhattan, NY) explored the unique identities and perspectives of Zeta employees through individual features.
Sophie Wang led the execution of the “Humanize Voices” Launch Party in alignment with Zeta’s Q3 2023 Town Hall, which had 100+ attendees, over 20% of whom were external, executed on a multi-thousand dollar budget approved by Zeta’s Chief People Officer.

“The program helped me feel deeply connected to the Zeta community and it made me feel special. I felt genuinely heard and understood by my colleagues through “Humanize Voices”. Feeling valued and supported encouraged me to contribute more openly in team discussions as well.
Being vulnerable in this way was a significant step outside my comfort zone. Fear of judgment had always held me back. By participating in “Humanize Voices”, I confronted that fear and discovered a strength I didn’t know I possessed.”

"Glimmers" by Lexi Yoo
“For the past few years, I've worked in a tech space similar to Zeta, where despite the isolation of the industry, moments of connection and joy, referred to as "glimmers," have been significant.
In this project, I aim to visualize these moments of shared excitement and humanity, from quirky office moments to personal milestones outside work.
I created tarot-esque cards to highlight the unique qualities of individuals, particularly focusing on women in tech, a group significantly underrepresented in leadership roles.
Through this project, I hope to honor the women who've mentored me, while encouraging others to embrace and share their full, multifaceted lives both in and outside of work.”

As humans, the relationships we form with other people are vital to our mental and emotional well-being and even our survival.
Humans have an inherent desire to be close to other people and technologies have linked us in ways that were unimaginable 10-20 years ago.
The artist hopes to challenge the viewers to examine technology’s role in forming connections with others.
